This explains how our website prepares an enquiry. Raudhah Pay, WaRobot and other services have their own terms.
The contact form
Your name, business name, chosen topic and message are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. This contact form does not send or save the prepared message to our enquiry records. Our separate AI Business Starter Kit form stores your name, email and any optional phone and business details you provide, so we can deliver the kit by email and follow up on your enquiry.
When you choose “Open WhatsApp”, the message is included in the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp receives that link when you open it. You can review the message and choose whether to send it yourself. Information sent through WhatsApp is handled through that service and your later conversation with our team.
What to share
Describe the work in general terms. Please leave out passwords, card details, customer data and confidential records. If we need to review documents, we can discuss a suitable way to share them first.
Your browser
Lovable visitor analytics are enabled to help us understand visits to this website. The separate Starter Kit form also collects the details you choose to submit. We do not state a fixed retention period here. Fonts and images are served with the website. Your browser and the hosting provider may process normal technical information needed to show the pages.
